Bowen Visit

We were so lucky to have my sister Becky and her family come and visit us for almost a whole week! It was so much fun to have family here. We showed them lots of fun things in Columbus and spent lots of time playing. Everyday Madison was worried it was going to be the day they leave. Good memories, we were sad to see you go!

Apple Picking

Each fall we look forward to apple picking season! The girls love picking apples and they do a great job eating them too! At home they usually want the skin off however at the farm, they don't even hesitate to eat the whole apple. Funny thing! We love the pear jam and pumpkin butter from Lynds Fruit farm too. Yum, what a fun time of year! I think fall is my favorite season!

Adelaide One Month Old Pictures!

Adelaide is now one month old! I worry she is going to grow up too fast, I can't believe she is already a month old! She is such a cute baby but she has hit a little fussy phase. It only takes a few fingers to count the hours of sleep we average per night:) Her sisters are such good helpers and have been so patient with the time I spend with the baby. Three has been an adjustment and we have been in survival mode where all our extra time goes to the basics (sleep, eating, and folding the mountain of laundry).

Despite the lack of sleep and business we are so happy to have this sweet little baby in our home! We just love her so much and can never give her enough kisses and hugs! We are so blessed to have such a cute family of girls!

Adventures with Dad

Paternity leave! The week Adelaide was born Jake just took one day off so he could save his paternity leave for the week my sister's left. The girls went on so many fun adventures with their dad. Unfortunately Adelaide didn't always want to sleep when the girls were out and about. I did catch a few naps here and there though.
The pictures of the ship are Columbus's very own Santa Maria. A replica of the original ship. The girls had a great time learning about the life of a sailor. They also went to the butterfly house at the botanical gardens. Jake said only one butterfly lost it's life this time. Last time we went Madison was a little bit younger and she gave the butterflies too much love! Such cute girls!
